Lepika sport fishing is an owner/operator charter fishing company. Lepika is the Hawaiian spelling for Rebeca, daughter of owner Martin Romero. The boat is a 2003 force 33' charter fishing boat. Custom built in Hilo, Hawaii for Kona sport fishing charters. The boat is powered with twin 260 H.P. cummins diesels. We fish for Blue, Black, and striped Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Ahi, Ono, short nose spearfish and a variety of bottom fish. Tag and release is encouraged for billfish. Lepika offers a variety of fishing techniques for first timers to seasoned enthusiasts, such as (Heavy and light tackle 50-130lb., trolling, live baiting, bottom fishing and fly fishing. Equipment is some of the finest on the market: Furuno electronics, Accurate Reels 30-130 lb. class, Ian Miller Rods, Ross Big Canyon Salt Water Fly Fishing Reels, Sage saltwater fly fishing rods 10, 12, & 14 weights.
